Registration, Abstracts & Payment > Registration Fees & Abstract RulesDear EMPG delegates, you will have to submit your abstract on this website (Sciencesconf) and pay elsewhere (Azur-Colloques website, see below). Submitted abstracts without Early or Regular payement by the presenting author will not be considered. The abstract text should not exceed 300 words. You must first register (which requires a Sciencesconf account), and then proceed with the abstract submission. The payment will be done on the Azur-Colloques website. You will need to proceed via a 2-stage registration. The preregistration must be done following this link (https://dr08.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/232/preinscription). You will then receive an email with the instructions to proceed to the registration and payment. Payment by credit card are strongly recommended (For members of French laboratories, Please note that the use of the CNRS purchasing card is not possible), but a purchase order form can also be used. Please check the table and the brief text below for the rules applying to the Early, Regular and Late Registration. Prices are tax-inclusive.
The dates indicated in the table correspond to the date of payment (to be done here: https://dr08.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/232/preinscription). Early registration gets a discount if paid before February 28th. Note that it is possible to get an early registration rate and submit an abstract until March 17th - 2025. Payment after Feb. 28th are done at a regular price. Later than March 17th, payment and participation to the EMPG remain possible but no abstract can be submitted.
